Building a timber stable for six or seven horses.
The stable is built with 120 mm thick timber. It's built in an octagon shape with a self supported roof. High roof = more air volume. The timber is delivered with the corner knots pre-cut. You can decide the lenght of timber you need depending on how big you want your stable. The timber is available in 200 mm or 120 mm thickness. .

Finally we decided what material would be best as an inside roof....our choice is Träullit, a board made of cement and wood-wool. A board that is purely made of natural material, absorbs moisture, insulates and is sound absorbing. Another good thing is that horses don't seem to like chewing on it.
